This can’t be called a recipe. It’s too easy.
After returning from Hawaii, I’m putting myself on a whole plant based only detox for the remainder of my vacation to counteract the health effects of massive amount of poke, ribs and chocolate.
Sweet potato chips fit the bill. It feels like an unhealthy snack but isn’t if oil-free and made in your own oven.
- sweet potato
- salt and pepper
- preheat oven too 200F
- cut sweet potato into thin pieces
- lay flat in single layer on baking sheet
- bake until crisp - about 3hr
