Duck fat roasted brussel sprouts with oyster sauce

Brussel sprouts is the perfect winter vegetable. On a weekend home call day, I took the liberty of using up some rendered duck fat for the delicious and hearty meal.

Ingredients
  • brussel sprouts
  • duck fat
  • salt, pepper, paprika, pepper flakes
  • oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
Instructions
  1. preheat oven to 400
  2. season cut brussel sprouts with salt, pepper, paprika and duck fat
  3. roast for 20 min
  4. cover with oyster sauce and pepper flakes and roast until charred on the edges , about another 20 min
