Duck fat roasted brussel sprouts with oyster sauce
- brussel sprouts
- duck fat
- salt, pepper, paprika, pepper flakes
- oyster sauce, 1 tbsp
- preheat oven to 400
- season cut brussel sprouts with salt, pepper, paprika and duck fat
- roast for 20 min
- cover with oyster sauce and pepper flakes and roast until charred on the edges , about another 20 min
