Pickled brussel sprouts
- Water, 1 cup
- Vinegar, 1 cup
- Salt, 1 tsbp
- Sugar, 1 tsp
- Spices (chili flakes, bay leaf, pepper corn)
- Brussel sprouts, halved or quartered
- Bring water, vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil
- Line bottom of the jars with spices and put cut sprouts on top
- Pour boiling water to cover sprouts and let cool to room temperature
- Leave at least overnight and enjoy
