6 weeks of CTU and 1 week of laryngitis later, I’m finally back (sort of). Hosting a dinner for four calls for new experiment in the kitchen.
No Dinner party is complete without a nice cheese plate. I finally got to use my cheese knifes to compose this instagram worthy photo.
Salmon is easy to cook and requires little effort. I paired it with some yellow squash I bought from a fruit stand off the country road and quinoa.
- salon fillet
- orange juice, 3 oranges
- ginger powder, 1 tsp
- miso paste, 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste
- bread crumbs
- preheat oven to 200
- mix orange juice, ginger power and miso paste in a pot and reduce the volume by ⅔
- season the salmon fillet and cover with orange juice mixture
- bake for 10 min
- brush with more sauce, sprinkle bread crumbs and broil for 5 min
