Pico de gallo

Coming back from Inca Trails – 4 days no shower, gastro, and creating a bacterial bath that used to be a clothes. What can I say, I’m a bona fide city person and the artisanal toilets gets intolerable even with my spending my childhood in china with squat toilets. Anyways, the delicious pico de gallo we had on the trail was the highlight was many meals on the trail. It’s super simple to make.

Ingredients
  • red onion, 1 medium
  • jalapeño, 1-2 medium
  • tomato, 2 medium
  • cilantro, 2 medium sprigs
  • lime juice, half
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. dice everything
  2. dress with lime juice, salt and pepper
